Highly-rated attacking midfielder Bogusz joined Leeds from Ruch Chorzow as a signing for the future in January 2019 with the Pole arriving at Elland Road still eight months shy of his 18th birthday.

United's Polish international midfielder Mateusz Klich has already stated a belief that Bogusz will probably be even better than him but Bogusz is still awaiting his Whites league debut.

The 18-year-old has regularly excelled for United's under-23s but Bogusz's sole first-team outing came when playing the full 90 minutes of the 2-2 draw at home to Stoke City in last August's EFL Cup tie which the Whites lost on penalties.

Bogusz has had to be patient since but the midfielder says he has made notable development since with the Pole now itching to be handed another outing for the first team.

Speaking to Polish outlet Meczyki, Bogusz said: "I'm angry that I don't get a chance. But looking at development and how to train here, I can honestly tell you - I feel that I have developed amazingly, for example when it comes to endurance."I could jump in, play 90 minutes, face such an effort as a player from the first team and there would be no problem."
