Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa has been boosted by the return of Tyler Roberts to his senior squad ahead of his sides midweek clash with Millwall.

The 21-year-old has made just one appearance since November having suffered a leg issue in the late victory over Reading at the Madejski Stadium.

Roberts stepped off the bench in December in the Whites stunning 5-4 victory over Birmingham City before the New Year but has been missing since following a reoccurrence of the injury.

"No [new] injuries," Bielsa revealed on Monday. "Tyler Roberts is now fit and available for selection."

Bielsa conceded that the 10 day break between league fixtures has allowed his squad time to recover at Thorp Arch with Jamie Shackleton now back to full fitness following a spell in the treatment room.

Adam Forshaw, though, remains out with a hip issue that has seen him sidelined since September. Barry Douglas - who missed the trip to QPR - is expected to be fit.

Midfielder Kalvin Phillips is suspended for the visit of the Lions having been sent off in the 1-0 defeat at Queens Park Rangers last time out.

Defender Ben White will step into midfield with Gaetano Berardi expected to come into the heart of defence alongside club captain Liam Cooper.

Ian Poveda is fit and available for selection in LS11 following his acquisition from Manchester City last week but new striker Jean-Kevin Augustin will sit out of the Championship clash as he is yet to train with his new team-mates.
