New signing Raphinha has adapted well to Leeds United's methods and has earned his place Marcelo Bielsa's squad for Monday's game.

"He is an additional alternative for the right wing position, left wing position and eventually the central offensive position," said Bielsa at his pre-match press conference on Friday.

"Fundamentally he is a winger who can play on the right or left hand side."

Pablo Hernandez is poised to be fit while Liam Cooper and Diego Llorente are both set to be sidelined after picking up injuries during the international break.

Friday was a quiet day for Leeds on the transfer front as the domestic window officially closed but the additions of Rodrigo and Diego Llorente, along with Raphinha and central defender Robin Koch has left Bielsa delighted with the Whites' business.

"Totally satisfied," Bielsa said of United's transfer activity.

"I'm very grateful for the work of Victor Orta and also the group that helps him. I also value the contribution of the club, the president as we were able to incorporate the players we needed.

"They were of a high level, we're very happy."
