Leeds United Under-23s recap - Liam McCarron and Stuart McKinstry on target in Reading win

Mark Jackson's outfit welcome Reading to Thorp Arch (1pm) for a top-of-the-table clash looking to extend a seven-game winning run.

The Whites sit top of the Premier League 2 second division ahead of kick-off, having opened up a 10-point margin between themselves and second-placed Stoke City.

The Royals, though, are 12 points behind in third but have two games in hand on Leeds. Victory for the visitors today along with wins in their extra outings would close the gap hugely on promotion-chasing Leeds, who are looking to jump into the top division at the first time of asking.

United will be hoping to extend the gap at the top of the table and take even more control on the division with all three points this afternoon at the club's training ground.
