3-0 up at half time against Ukraine, Ramos with a brace. Barcelona new star Ansu Fati, just 17 years old, bagged the other to become Spain’s youngest ever goalscorer. Rodrigo might well stay on the bench. Germany also 1-0 up at Switzerland at the interval with Koch also on the bench.

For both Rodrigo and Robin Koch - both unused subs for Spain and Germany respectively night. A 4-0 cruise for Spain against visiting Ukraine while Germany are held to a 1-1 draw in Switzerland.
