Michael Cuisance to Leeds United announcement imminent

Leeds United are closing on the signing of Michael Cuisance after the Bayern Munich star underwent a medical at the club today.

The Whites are said to have agreed a five-year deal with the midfielder but have also included a buy-back clause with the Champions League winners.

Several reports suggest Marcelo Biela’s side fought off late competition to all but secure the Frenchman’s signature.

Marcelo Bielsa eyes further signings

Fresh reports have today emerged suggesting Leeds United have joined West Ham United in chasing Nahitan Nández.

The 24-year-old Napoli-linked star has a €36m release clause in his contract at Cagliari.

However, the picture around the deal is uncertain and It remains to be seen whether or not Leeds will table a tempting offer for Nández.

Espanyol’s Marc Roca set for exit

Marc Roca is ‘‘first on the list’ to leave Espanyol following the club’s relegation to Spain’s second-tier.

The club are said to be looking to lower their wage bill and also raise funds by offloading some of their players.

Sheffield United and Burnley are reportedly keen on a deal for Roca.

Sheffield United eye Jack O’Connell replacement

Sheffield United could turn their attention to the signing of Huddersfield Town defender, Terence Kongolo as Chris Wilder seeks cover for the injured Jack O’Connell.

The Netherlands international was loaned to Fulham last season but played just twice but can crucially play both left-back and centre-back.

Rihan Brewster deal imminent

Rhian Brewster’s reported move to Sheffield United is reportedly close to completion.

Reports state Liverpool have received an acceptable offer of around £20mfor the young forward and are now ready to accept the bid after their demands have been met.

The deal will likely include a buy-back clause.

Brighton have told Bayern Munich that their current offer to sign Tariq Lamptey will fall £9m short of their asking price, according to reports.

It is said that Bayern are ready to pay up to €15m (£13.7m) for Lamptey. Brighton though are unwilling to let him leave for less than €25m (£22.8m).

Manchester United close in on winger deal
