Following promotion back to the promised land of the Premier League after 16 long years, fans will no doubt be eager to find out how they can get involved next year.

The Premier League season for 2020-21 has not yet been confirmed in terms of timings and when the season will start.

No doubt Marcelo Bielsa's men will be ready and raring to take their place among the football elite alongside the likes of champions Liverpool, Manchester City and, uh, Burnley.

Who can buy season tickets? Are Leeds United Season tickets now for sale?

A spokesman for Leeds United said NO new season tickets will be available to purchase for the 2020/21 season.

But those who have season tickets for 2019/20 will be able to renew them online.

A spokesman said: "Leeds United are now in a position to give an update on 2020/21 Season Tickets and Memberships, ahead of our return to the Premier League.

"No new Season Tickets will be available to purchase for the 2020/21 season."

Can existing season ticket holders renew?

The club said: "2019/20 Season Ticket Holders who have not renewed will have a two-week window to renew online from 9am on Thursday 23rd July 2020.

"A three-month instalment plan will be available for these supporters."

When can I transfer my season ticket?

The club said: "From Monday 10th August 2020, we will then process all seat transfers from existing Season Ticket Holders.

"Leeds United have launched a Season Ticket Waiting List which can be joined online.

"Supporters can pay £10 (per person) to join the Waiting List, with priority to 2019/20 Gold Members who attended nine or more home league games during the 2019/20 campaign (up to and including our home match with Huddersfield Town on 7th March 2020).

"Following this priority period, remaining Gold Members and then the general public, will have the chance to join the Waiting List.

"The deadline for existing Members to renew their Leeds United Membership is Monday 10th August 2020.

"After this date, subject to numbers, a further announcement will be made as to whether Memberships will be made available for new applicants."

When is the Premier League 2020/21 season due to start?

The former would allow just a month off from league football, with the 19/20 season set to finish on July 26.

The Football Association (FA) are reportedly keen on the earlier date as an international break is scheduled to take place in the first week of September.

Premier League clubs are reportedly more keen on a later date to allow players to recuperate from the congested finale to the 19/20 season.

The English transfer window will open on July 27, a day after the season finishes.

The window will shut on October 5.

A domestic window will run until October 16, meaning English clubs will be able to continue trading with each other.
