Forshaw was nominated by former Middlesbrough team-mate Ben Gibson to complete 26 keep ups as part of the national '2.6 Challenge' aimed at reducing the impact of many vital fundraising events being cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The 2.6 or 26 represents the 26 mile distance of the London Marathon, the world’s biggest one-day annual fundraising event which was scheduled to take place on April 26.

"I can't do keep ups at the moment so this is my version," smiled Forshaw on his Instagram story.
