Leeds United loanee Jay-Roy Grot bagged a stunning solo goal for loan club Vitesse Arnhem on Saturday afternoon.

The 21-year-old is spending a second consecutive campaign away from Elland Road on loan in the Netherlands.

Grot has made nine starts and 13 substitute appearances this season for Vitesse having spent the previous term with Eredivisie counterparts VVV-Venlo.

The Dutch Under-21s international scored just the second goal of his current loan spell so far in league action this weekend.

Grot was a second half substitute in the hosts 1-0 win over FC Twente as his brilliant individual effort earned his side all three points.

The forward is set to return to West Yorkshire in the summer and has just one year remaining on his contract having joined the Whites in 2017 from NEC Breda.
