September signing Jordan Botaka showed his goalscoring credentials for DR Congo in their game against Gabon on Monday night.
Botaka latched on to a rebound in the fifth minute of the game, striking the ball past the flailing Gabonese goalkeeper.
It is the second goal Botaka has scored while on international duty, with his first coming against Cameroon in June this year.
He has made five appearances for DR Congo since switching his allegiance from the Netherlands earlier this year. Botaka was previously capped by the Netherlands Under-19 side.
The 22-year-old has made two appearances since joining Leeds. He started against Middlesbrough and came on as a substitute when Birmingham City came to Elland Road.
Botaka joined the Whites from Excelsior on transfer deadline day, signing a two-year deal with an option for a further two years.
