Steve Evans and Mirco Antenucci have missed out on the Championship’s monthly awards for March.
Head coach Evans was one of four nominees for the manager-of-the-month prize after three wins from four games but he saw the award go to Rotherham United’s Neil Warnock - the boss who got the better of him at the New York Stadium last weekend.
Evans was previously shortlisted in December but lost out on that occasion to Middlesbrough’s Aitor Karanka.
Antenucci, meanwhile, was beaten to the player-of-the-month-award for March by Burnley striker Sam Vokes.
Antenucci scored four times in three matches, guiding United to three back-to-back wins, but Vokes claimed the trophy after matching that tally.
