Leeds United full-back Tyler Denton has completed a season-long loan move to Peterborough United.
The 22-year-old will link up with Steve Evans' side for the 2018/19 campaign in an attempt to gain first-team experience in League One.
Denton has made three senior appearances for the Whites notching just once in the League Cup against Luton Town.
He spent the first half of last season on loan at League Two side Port Vale but now joins Felix Weidwald, Andy Lonergan, Jay-Roy Grot and Pawel Cibicki on the growing senior exodus list at Thorp Arch this summer.
Denton told the Posh website: "I had a discussion with Leeds in the summer and we both felt it was the right time to try and get a long-term loan deal and play some first team football.
“I was only young when Steve and Paul were at Leeds, but their record speaks for itself and I cannot wait to get started here with Peterborough. I am feeling fit, I have been training with the under 23s at Leeds and now it is about playing pre-season games. I am a full-back who likes to get forward and support the attack, but more importantly, it is about stopping crosses and defending well.”
