Grayson landed the signature of highly sought after stopper Shane Higgs, who was to be his number one for the season ahead.

Higgs, though, suffered several injuries throughout the campaign and shared the number one spot with back-up Casper Ankergren.

He made just one appearance between September and March after keeping five clean sheets in the opening 11 games of the season.

Higgs returned for the conclusion of the League One promotion race to make 22 appearances in total and was in goal the day Leeds ensured their return to the Championship with a dramatic 2-1 win over Bristol Rovers at Elland Road.

He departed the club in 2011 after falling behind Kasper Schmeichel in the Whites pecking order.
