Leeds United’s summer signing Stuart Dallas has said that joining the Elland Road side is the best decision he’s ever made.
Dallas moved to West Yorkshire from Brentford, where he spent three seasons, to join his former manager Uwe Rosler. Rosler has since been replaced as Leeds head coach by Steve Evans.
The Northern Ireland international’s transfer has been reported to have cost Leeds in the region of £1.5 million.
He played a key role in Leeds’ surprise 2-1 victory against Hull City on Saturday, latching on to Lewis Cook’s pass to provide the assist for Chris Wood’s opening goal.
Dallas has also been hailed as the signing of the season by many Leeds fans, who have taken to his efforts out-wide.
When asked by a Brentford fan on Twitter whether he regretted leaving the London club, Dallas replied: “Absolutely not. Best decision I’ve ever made.”
