Jack Harrison's tap in from Raphinha' s pass and a Phil Jagielka own goal, from Harrison's cross, were enough for the Whites despite Ben Osborn's effort in first half stoppage time.
1. Illan Meslier - 7
Little in the way of saves to make, had to deal with a few corners. Distribution was fine.
2. Luke Ayling - 8
Some really nice passing and plenty of clever defending, including two flops.
3. Gjanni Alioski - 7
A mixed bag. Out of position for the Blades goal, gave it away a couple of times but was a threat on the break.
4. Liam Cooper - 7
Won a lot of his aerial battles against a big, awkward customer in McBurnie but couldn't entirely dominate him.
5. Diego Llorente - 8
Not everything he tried came off but showed excellent passing and plenty of attacking intent. Looked comfortable.
6. Kalvin Phillips - 8
Looked comfortable for the most part. Passed the ball well, got around the pitch, pressed to cause problems and win the ball.
