4. 2015-16: Leeds 2-0 Rotherham United
Mustapha Carayol scored on his Leeds United debut as his side advanced to face Bolton in the fourth round before losing to Watford in the fifth.
5. 2014-15: Sunderland 1-0 Leeds United
A Patrick Van Aanholt goal sunk Leeds at the Stadium of Light.
6. 2013-14: Rochdale 2-0 Leeds United
League Two side Rochdale reached the FA Cup fourth round for the first time in 11 years when they humiliated Leeds United at Spotland.
