United have been linked with a £500,000 bid for the 24-year-old, with the club keen to bolster their creative options ahead of the summer transfer window closing at 6pm on Tuesday.

The Dutchman, 24, is one of several players being considered by Leeds, who have ended their interest in Watford’s Fernando Forestieri and are also keen on Nijmegen’s Belgian winger Anthony Limbombe.
