Kalvin Phillips quickly back training after suffering minor injury on Leeds United's Christmas do
Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips has trained as normal after grazing his eye during Leeds United's early Christmas do, granted with Whites head coach Marcelo Bielsa's blessing.
Bielsa gave United's players a day off for a Festive celebration due to the lack of opportunity presented by the upcoming fixture list over Christmas and new year.
Phillips suffered a small cut after grazing his eye on a wall but was checked out by Whites staff and has trained as normal ahead of United's next Premier League assignment at Brighton.
Six days after Sunday's 2-1 loss at Tottenham Hotspur in London, Leeds will be back on their travels this weekend for a Saturday 5.30pm kick-off against the Seagulls at the Amex.
National media reports claim United's players were at popular London nightclub Cirque Le Soir when Phillips suffered the minor injury.
