Illan Meslier hails Leeds United belief and outlines importance of Crystal Palace clash

ILLAN MESLIER has highlighted the importance of Leeds United bouncing back with victory in Saturday's clash at Crystal Palace as the last game before the international break.

Meslier found himself beaten four times in Monday night's 4-1 loss at home to Leicester City and United's French 'keeper admits his side had failed to produce a decent performance.

However, the 20-year-old says he has full confidence in his side's ability to bounce back in Saturday's game at Crystal Palace which will be United's last fixture until the home clash against Arsenal on Sunday, November 22.

"It was not a good performance from the team against Leicester," said Meslier in an interview on Leeds United's Twitter feed.

"Losing 4-1 is difficult, I hate to lose, but this football.

"But now we are focused on the next game at Crystal Palace and I hope we can win because it's important before the international break.

"I believe in my team and I think we are ready for Saturday."
