Leeds' own champion boxer Josh Warrington is offering one lucky winner the chance to win a boxing session with him - and all the money raised goes to charity.

The IBF Featherweight World Champion is supporting Candlelighters by offering the prize of a personal training session in the Christmas raffle.

Josh said: “For many years I am proud to have supported Candlelighters.

"The children’s smiles and laughter, even though all the treatment, is beyond words.

"I genuinely don't believe I would be stood here holding a world title without the inspiration these children and their families have given me.

"I will be forever grateful for meeting these warriors. Please help Candlelighters to continue fighting children’s cancer and help those families who need it most”

Candlelighters, based in Leeds, cares for children with cancer.

It provides financial, emotional and practical support to children and families affected by childhood cancer across Yorkshire

This year, the charity is aiming to raise more than £60,000.

Candlelighters Fundraising Manager, Tom Robertshaw said, “We are extremely grateful to Josh Warrington for donating this fantastic prize to our raffle.

"Christmas is such an important time at Candlelighters and we have lots planned to make it extra special for our families, including festive Tea Parties, special trips for Siblings and of course our annual family Christmas Party. "

Other prizes in the raffle include a city break with flights for two in Amsterdam and a week-long stay for six at Camel Creek Adventure Park in Cornwall.
