A number of Whites players have now been recognised for their stunning campaign by their peers after the 2019/20 PFA awards were handed out on Tuesday evening.

The event - which was held virtually - saw Leeds club captain Liam Cooper, right-back Luke Ayling and former loanee Ben White all named in the back four.

Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Brice Samba and Fulham's Joe Bryan completed the defence after stellar campaigns.

West Brom's Romaine Sawyers and Queens Park Rangers Eberechi Eze were handed spots in midfield alongside Kalvin Phillips in a 4-3-3.

Brentford duo Said Benrahma and Ollie Watkins also earned places in the side as part of the forward line with Cottagers striker Aleksander Mitrovic.
