Do you remember when Leeds United played in red?

Leeds United and the colour red don't exactly have the best of relationships it has to be said.

Paul Heckingbottom's men head to Pride Park on Wednesday evening to take on Derby County but do you remember this infamous picture?

Well, you might because Leeds played in red. Yes, you read that right... red!

In 1973, just a year after the Whites had famously lifted the trophy, Leeds visited the Baseball Ground in the sixth round of the competition sporting a rather unusual colour that some fans today may not recognise.

Despite (or in spite) of the kit Don Revie's men came away with a 1-0 victory thanks to a 29th minute Peter Lorimer strike.

The colour is so hated in West Yorkshire due to its association with arch rivals Manchester United that in 2002 when a local McDonald's was being built the fast food chain decided to ditch the red from its traditional logo.

Billy in red... let's all agree to forget about this one, yeah?
