The Clarets travel to Elland Road on Sunday lunchtime in the Premier League to take on Marcelo Bielsa's men in the top flight.

Robbie Brady and Dwight McNeil were both forced off through injury against Wolves at Turf Moor on Monday night with Burnley now facing a wait over whether the wide duo will be fit for the trip to West Yorkshire.

Winger Johann Berg Gudmundsson and central midfielder Jack Cork are two players who are longer term worries for Dyche, with the pair not expected to feature against the Whites or over the festive period.

"We are beginning to get the group back together," Dyche told his pre-match press conference.

"Corky [Jack Cork] has been making good progress, he has come through a game today pretty well. Johann is out there and getting minutes in.

"We are waiting on news on Dwight McNeil and Robbie Brady. We are hopeful on Robbie for the Leeds game and possibly Dwight as well so we will wait and see."

Forward Matej Vydra is also another in the Burnley squad who remains doubtful after missing the win over Wolves with a back issue.

"He's tweaked his back," Dyche added. "We'll know over the next 48 hours on how he is."
