CAPTAIN Liam Bridcutt misses his fourth game in a row for Leeds United this evening, with the Whites team unchanged for the Championship trip to Bristol City.

Bridcutt was taken off with a foot injury in the recent mid-week league win against Blackburn Rovers at Elland Road and again fails to make the Whites 18 for tonight’s clash at Ashton Gate.

Whites head coach Garry Monk selects the same side that started Saturday’s 1-0 win at home to Ipswich Town, with Kalvin Phillips partnering Eunan O’Kane in centre midfield.

Midfielder Ronaldo Vieira - who picked up a knock in the EFL Cup win against Blackburn - again fails to make the bench.

Hadi Sacko starts on the right wing with Stuart Dallas wide on the left. Pablo Hernandez plays the no 10 role, behind lone striker Chris Wood upfront.

Rob Green again starts in goal, with Luke Ayling at right back against his former side.

Charlie Taylor plays at left back, with Pontus Jansson partnering stand in captain Kyle Bartley at centre-back.

Eighteen-year-old striker Tammy Abraham, on loan from Chelsea and with ten goals already for the current campaign, starts upfront for Lee Johnson’s Bristol City after passing a fitness test for a dead leg.

The Whites bench is made up of Marco Silvestri, Liam Cooper, Kemar Roofe, Marcus Antonsson, Matt Grimes, Alex Mowatt and Lewie Coyle.

Leeds United team v Bristol City: Green, Ayling, Bartley, Jansson, Taylor, Phillips, O’Kane, Hernandez, Dallas, Sacko, Wood. Subs: Silvestri, Coyle, Cooper, Grimes, Mowatt, Roofe, Antonsson.
