Seven-year-old Riley Ross - who was pictured being hugged by Marcelo Bielsa pre-match - jumped from his wheelchair when Leeds United scored the winning third goal.

However, in the process of celebrating, Riley accidentally ripped out a button in his stomach which was attached to his milk feeding device.

His mother Ashleigh told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "When that third goal went in the back of the net, he jumped out of his wheelchair forgetting he was attached to his milk feeding device.

"His mickey button came out his stomach and we were unable to get the button in, and after so long the hole in the stomach closes."

Thankfully, Riley's operation was successful and he will be back cheering on the Whites at Saturday's match against Wigan.

Ashleigh added: "After attending Lincoln hospital and then getting transferred to Nottingham, the hole has closed and he required surgery to insert the mickey button back in.

"He’s now smiling and just happy he can attend the game Saturday!"
