New Leeds owner Andrea Radrizzani has revealed when he will conduct interviews with potential candidates to replace Garry Monk as manager.
Monk resigned as Leeds head coach 12 days ago despite the offer of a one-year contract extension on the table after guiding the Whites to seventh place in the Championship last season.
Radrizzani told supporters on social media that he understood their impatience towards the wait over an announcement.
The Italian media mogul said: "I understand frustration, we are meeting candidates this week. It is important we take the time to make the best decision for the club #LUFC"
Leeds have been tight-lipped over their plans to replace the boss and Monk's assistant Pep Clotet is the current favourite with the bookmakers.
