The Royals, who have drawn their last two games, sit 20th in the league table just a point from the relegation places after a difficult start to the campaign.

Clement though believes his side will need no pep talk ahead of tonight's fixture claiming it needs to be an experience his team must embrace if they are to get a positive result against Marcelo Bielsa's Whites.

"There is no motivation needed for us," Clement said.

"We'll be playing a really good side - an exciting side which has a lot of energy. They have a very experienced manager too. The stadium will be rocking I'm sure.

"It's a night game, passionate fans and live on TV so it's a brilliant fixture to look forward to. It's a game where we will do our very best and enjoy the experience.

"We're not going there to draw or lose, we'll try and come up with a gameplan which gives us the best chance of getting a result.

"Leeds are doing really well so it's going to be a tough night but who knows what will happen."

Asked whether he'll make any changes to his team from Saturday's 0-0 draw with Wigan, he responded: "I don't think anyone runs as much as Leeds from what I've seen of them.

"I haven't seen the stats but by the way they play you can see they run a lot. We will have to be fresh that's for sure."
