Centre midfielder Phillips serves a one-game ban following his straight red card picked up in Friday night’s 2-0 loss at Brighton and is replaced by winger Dallas, rather than Matt Grimes or captain Liam Bridcutt.
Bridcutt has been out for over three months after fracturing a bone in his foot and is back in the squad but on the bench, along with Grimes.
There is also a first ever place among the substitutes for young striker Mallik Wilks.
Eunan O’Kane is still out injured with his groin problem and has failed to make the Leeds 18, while no 10 Pablo Hernandez is also still out with a hamstring injury.
