Leeds United v QPR: Four changes as Wood and Ayling return for Whites
CHRIS WOOD and Luke Ayling both return to the Leeds United team as head coach Garry Monk makes four changes to his side for Saturday afternoon's clash with QPR at Elland Road.
Top scorer Wood returns to the side after missing Tuesday night’s 1-1 draw at Fulham with a tight calf and comes in for Souleymane Doukara who drops to the bench.
Ayling also returns after missing the clash at Craven Cottage after his partner Poppy gave birth to the couple’s baby daughter Maisie.
Right back Ayling comes in for Charlie Taylor who drops to the bench as Gaetano Berardi switches to left back.
Pablo Hernandez also returns to the Leeds team in place of Hadi Sacko who drops out - leaving Kemar Roofe to play out wide as Hernandez resumes his no 10 role - while Ronaldo Vieira replaces the suspended Kalvin Phillips.
Ayling and Kyle Bartley are both playing despite risking a two-match ban if booked, in the last game before the threshold for yellow cards is raised.
Eunan O’Kane also returns to the bench for Leeds having been dropped for Tuesday’s clash at Fulham.
Leeds United team v QPR: Green, Ayling, Bartley, Jansson, Berardi, Bridcutt, Vieira, Roofe, Pedraza, Hernandez, Wood. Subs: Silvestri, Cooper, Taylor, O’Kane, Sacko, Dallas, Doukara.
