United were marginally odds on in some quarters to beat the Bluebirds at Elland Road on Saturday but fell to a 2-0 defeat and back to back losses for the first time since August/September.

Fifth-bottom Bristol City will now visit Elland Road three days later - a team seven points and six places behind Cardiff - and Leeds are roughly the same price to achieve a victory.

A few firms are offering 11-10 with Lee Johnson’s Robins available at 3-1 with Betway.

City have only won twice on their travels all season - at Burton Albion in August and at Fulham in September.

The Robins have picked up three draws on their travels this term - including when drawing 3-3 at Derby County on Saturday after leading 3-0.

The draw is readily available at 5-2 for the clash against Leeds.

The Robins have won just one of their last 11 league games, eight of which have resulted in defeat.

But coming on the back of a 1-0 win at home to Rotherham United and prior to that a 2-2 draw at home to Sheffield Wednesday, the draw at Derby ended a run of six successive losses on the road.

United’s 21-goal top scorer Chris Wood is not surprisingly 4-1 favourite to score first but City’s Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham also has 21 for the season and is not far behind at 11-2.

Marcus Antonsson is next at 6-1 while City’s recent recruit from Bristol Rovers Matty Taylor is 27-4.

Kemar Roofe is next in the list at 15-2.

A 1-0 win to Leeds is rated the most likely score outcome at 6-1, along with a 1-1 draw which is the same price.
