Bradford City seven's last chance to impress

It's last-chance saloon time for Bradford City's off-contract seven at Lincoln City.

The short-term deals of ex-Aston Villa and England schemer Lee Hendrie and keeper Lenny Pidgeley end next week, with loan players Jason Price – who became City's seventh captain in Monday's 4-0 drubbing at Cheltenham – Tom Adeyemi, Rob Kiernan, Richard Eckersley and Louis Moult also seeing their deals expire.

Boss Peter Taylor, planning changes after the Cheltenham defeat, will reveal his decision early next week.

He said: "I think I know my thoughts on it and I'm going to have the

meeting with Julian (Rhodes) and Mark (Lawn). But the players will know when their contracts are up and I'll commit myself then.

"Of course, it does depend as well if the loan players want to stay. But we'll get it sorted out just after the Bury game (on Monday)."

Defenders Steve Williams and Shane Duff could return for tomorrow's trip to the Red Imps, inactive since late November, with their last league game coming way back on November 23.
