From amazing mezes, flame-seared mixed grills and succulent steaks to seafood platters, gourmet burgers and woodsmoked pizzas, their dishes are prepared with the finest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible, but always with a good squeeze of imagination.
Chef Proprietor, Orhan Girgin grew up in the heat of the family restaurant in the coastal town of Mersin in the south of Turkey. His great grandfather Enver Girgin was a cook; his grandmother Tahire came from Bolu famed for producing the best Turkish chefs. His mother Semra was obsessed with Gallic cuisine - Orhan went on to study cookery at Thomas Danby College.
This is a forward-thinking Mediterranean restaurant which aims to give diners a superb experience.
