WHILST visiting friends on Easter Day we had a walk in glorious weather in the spacious Roundhay Park, right. On approaching the sloping bank to the north west of Waterloo Lake we were greeted by a sea of litter consisting mostly of tin cans and discarded paper.

Why cannot the citizens of Leeds, ylocal council, and indeed other visitors have some respect for such a splendid amenity?
