Bavarian-themed bar Bierkeller has teamed up with the Yorkshire Evening Post to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a £100 tab to spend during Oktoberfest.
The winner will also receive 10 free seats to the live Oompah band show on September 30.
Oktoberfest, the world’s largest beer festival, is held annually in Munich.
Organised since 1810, it’s an important part of Bavarian culture and many cities across the world also hold Oktoberfest celebrations modelled on the traditional event.
Where better to celebrate this, than at Leeds’ own authentic Bavarian bar.
To be in with the chance of winning the prize, send a tweet to @LeedsBierkeller and @LeedsNews using the hashtag #SteinTime and tell us why you deserve to win.
Oktoberfest celebrations at Bierkeller will run until October 2 , with a live Oompah band on Friday and Saturday and 2-4- 1 ‘Haus Steins’ until 8pm Sunday to Thursday.
Isaac Mayne, head of marketing and operations, said: “Bierkeller offers the Oktoberfest experience all year round, it’s what we’re known and loved for, however we’re going all out for these two weeks and we’re expecting it to be a busy time. This competition gives someone an opportunity to come and celebrate with us, on the house.”
