YEP says: Leeds Abbey Dash runners ALL help make a difference

The run, now in its 33rd year, is one of the most popular runs on the calendar with a flat route great for achieving personal bests for serious, or semi-serious, runners but also popular with fun runners, and with 2k Junior Dash and a wheelchair race this really is an event that anyone can take part in.

However you got round the route, and whether you did 10k or 2k, you will have helped some of the 30,000 older people in Leeds who feel socially isolated or lonely, because your money will help Age UK to make a difference.
