YEP says: Hospice work as vital as ever

We all know hospices do fantastic work but it's not until we need to call upon their services that we realise just how fantastic that care is.

To mark the 40th anniversary of St Gemma’s in Moortown the YEP spoke to the family of the first patient to be cared for there in 1978.

The Bligh’s experience sums up just what a hospice can do for a cancer patient and their family and friends and they could not have given a more glowing testimonial which proves how vital it is that hospices continue to be able to afford to keep going.

The YEP is proud to support St Gemma’s through our Half and Half Appeal, so please give what you can to support them.
