Woman injured after car rolls during crash on A61 between Leeds and Harrogate

Traffic is backing up between Leeds and Harrogate after a car rolled on to its roof during an accident today.

Officers from North Yorkshire Police have closed the A61 near to North Rigton due to the accident, which happened today just after 1pm.

The single vehicle accident has left one woman injured.

Firefighters from North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service are currently clearing the scene.
