Win tickets to Live at Leeds

There are just a few weeks remaining until city centre music festival Live at Leeds kicks off'“ and the YEP has two pairs of tickets to give away.

This year’s festival will include chart-topper Jess Glynne, indie rockers Circa Waves and MOBO-winning Leeds singer-songwriter Corinne Bailey Rae.

The lineup will be completed by scores of other acts who will play various venues in the city on April 30, over the May Day Bank Holiday.

Lead booker Andy Smith said: “It feels like a great achievement to have grown what was originally a four venue bill to what it is today.

“We have seen some great names grace our stages over those 10 years and I’m really looking forward to this year and what will hopefully be our biggest event yet – it really feels like we are stepping up another level.”

Organisers have gradually named the bands that will play over the last few months and expect there will be something to cater to all tastes.

More established acts like Slow Club, We Are Scientists, Mystery Jets, Los Campesinos!, Future of the Left and Blood Red Shoes will share stages with local acts from Leeds and beyond.
