An apparently unmarked West Yorkshire Police car with the force's 'Team 4' dog and dog handler was subjected to this attack which left its windscreen smashed to pieces and several side windows shattered.

Fortunately the handler and the dog were both uninjured during the attack, the first details of which were made public at 6.42pm on Saturday (December 9).

The Yorkshire Evening Post has reached out to the force to ask where exactly the incident happened.
