A dream is about to come true for an 11-year-old Leeds boy who will represent England in a dance competition at Wembley Arena.

Carr Manor Primary School’s Junior Frood will battle it out in the under-16 years freestyle category against dancers from across the world at the Street Dance XXL UK and Global championships on Saturday, July 25.

The youngster, from Meanwood, who already holds the title for UK Freestyle Dance Champion, was also contacted earlier this year by X Factor winner Sam Bailey and asked to be her UK tour support act.

Junior has since performed at Glasgow’s SECC Arena, Olympia London, Leeds’ first direct arena and even Disneyland Paris.
