The Met Office has issued a weather warning for Leeds this weekend.
A yellow warning for snow is in place from 6pm on Friday night until 10am on Saturday morning.
Sleety showers will turn persistent this evening and snow will settle at a depth of 3-6cm on areas of ground which are 200m above sea level. On higher ground, 10cm is possible.
However, temperatures will turn milder on Saturday and rain is more likely.
Temperatures will peak at three degrees tonight, with lows of just above freezing.
On Saturday it will be a slightly warmer four degrees.
