Meanwhile passengers travelling in and out of Leeds station are being advised not to travel this morning as lengthy delays and cancellations to services remain likely.
Flood warnings also remain in place after the River Aire burst its banks last night resulting in homes in Wortley being flooded.

A large tree has toppled over blocking a Leeds road after strong gusts as Storm Franklin sweeps across the city.
All North West Northern trains cancelled
Due to the severe weather and numerous incidents, caused by Storm Franklin, Northern will be terminating all services in the North West.
Passengers are advised not to attempt to travel or to head to stations as there are no alternatives.
Northern are hoping to get parts of the railway back later this morning. Tickets will be valid later today if the railway reopens, or tomorrow.
If you decide not to travel you can get a refund.

Fallen tree on Friday
This weekend has been full of strong winds and on Friday there was a dramatic moment as this fell tree in front of north Leeds restaurant Tuana in Adel’. Thanks to the good work of staff the restaurant was able to remain open via use of the restaurant’s side door.

Update from Coastliner
An update from York & County Coastliner bus service has confirmed the following services to and from Leeds have been cancelled.
Boston Spa bridge closed
West Yorkshire Police are advising drivers to avoid the bridge on Bridge Road in Boston Spa which has been closed to all traffic.
X84 bus service back running as normal
The X84 bus service previously diverted as a result of flooding has now returned to its normal route.
