According to the Met Office, today Yorkshire will see “A day of bright or sunny spells and scattered showers, these mainly near coasts and across the hills where they may be wintry at times, but tending to die out in the afternoon.

“Feeling cold in the southeasterly breeze. Maximum temperature 5 °C.”
