Sarah Rixham, 25, traversed the 60m highline between the two towers of Sheffield Hallam University, 125 ft above the centre of Sheffield, South Yorks., to open the city's Adventure Film Festival on Friday (11/3).

Sarah was born in Sheffield and has travelled the world highlining in some of the most awe-inspiring and hair-raising locations imaginable. She currently holds the record for the longest female highline. She said: “It’s a very special experience for me to finally get to highline in the city my slackline journey started.” Commuters leaving Sheffield train station were greeted by the sight of Sarah hovering precariously above them as they made their way to work.
