Workers from across Leeds city centre ditched their desks at lunchtime and pounded the streets for charity.
Heart Research UK held its first ever Corporate Walk to encourage people to get active at lunchtime and help their hearts.
The challenge also raised money for the charity with participants paying £2 to take part in a series of walks around the city centre.
During the event health checks were available as well as advice stations to support people to live healthier lifestyles.
The walk comes after the Yorkshire-based charity warned that too many workers were sitting at their desks at lunchtimes and not getting any heart healthy exercise. There was also a series of world champion boxing demonstrations and retro sports on Friday.
