A pair of Star Wars nerds have sent this X-Wing and Tie Fighter to where no others have gone before - to dogfight in space. See SWNS story SWFORCE: Pals Matt Kingsnorth and Phil St. Pier (corr) have made it their mission over the past 18 months to pitch a Millennium Falcon, X-Wing and Tie Fighter against each other. Using a helium balloon to launch the ships, in March Matt and Phil launched an X-Wing and Tie Fighter into space attaching cameras to the balloon to capture the moment.
