Video - Police release call of timewasters complaining that an ICE CREAM VAN was too loud.

A police force has warned about timewasters after revealing they received a call from someone complaining an ice-cream van was too LOUD.

The dim-witted caller dialled 101 to say they were fed up of the chiming melody which they claimed were disturbing the peace. The member of the public starts the call by saying: “Hello, I’ve got a query about an ice cream van. “His chimes are far too loud, they go right through the building. Is there a certain decibel they should be?” The operator then advises the man that he needs to call his local council because it is an environmental health issue. West Midlands Police yesterday (Tue) released a recording of the complain to the non-emergency number to warn people
