Video - Middle-aged man has been jailed for four years after being lured into a trap by a ‘paedophile hunter’
Jeffrey Lewis, 56, caught a train to London with a bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey he had been told to take by who he thought was a 15 year-old girl.
But the long-haired pervert found himself met by Shane Brannigan who loudly called him a paedophile and ‘nonce’ to attract the attention of police officers. Mr Brannigan posted a video of the confrontation at London Bridge Station on March 28 on his Facebook page.It shows shocked travellers looking on as Lewis Lewis tries to walk away, but police intervene and arrest him. Maidstone Crown Court heard that Mr Brannigan had sent Lewis a friend request on Facebook with a photo which showed a naked female from the rear. There was an online conversation and Lewis arranged to travel to London from his home in Kent.
