Video: Man in a dress goes for a walk - dragging behind him a DEAD FISH
The man was seen walking down the pathway, dragging the large dead fish behind him - on a lead.
He then goes to cross the road and even stops bemused traffic in the process. The video was captured by Peter Phillips who was driving through Folkestone, Kent, and thought it was so obscure he stopped to film it.
