Bella the springer spaniel was stolen from outside a Tesco in October last year as owner Phil Osborne nipped in to buy wife Sarah some anniversary chocolates. He left the dog tied to a railing by the shop in Rothwell in Northants - something he had never done before. He left the shop less than a minute later and found she was nowhere to be seen.
